Our quotation is turn-key project, it contains 50t/d RBD palm oil separate extract production line technology design. The project design aims at iodine value 51-52 RBD palm oil extract, the yield can reach 100T/D; for 24 degrees palm oil extract to 15 degrees or 18 degrees liquid fat, the yield can reach 50T/D; for 10 degrees or 12 degrees liquid fat, the crystallizing needs long time, the maximum yield is 30 T/D.
Because the composition of palm oil is extremely complex, the crystallizing is hard to control, equipped with PLC full-automatic control system which controls from crude oil heating, cooling and crystallizing process and filter, squeeze process, this section only needs one operator per shift.
